Job Description
RISHIK Aqua Farms is a global Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) Fish Farming company, and we are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Research Specialist to join us.
Job Requirements
- Drive and lead all market research and consumer-related activities for the brand
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders and agencies
- Collect, manage, and organize various types of marketing intent data (including but not limited to internal sales, retail audits, brand health trackers, consumer research, etc.).
- Align with all stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of data and information
- Develop all required performance reports and business intelligence dashboards
- Support the Marketing and Sales teams to reach reasonable clarity for solid decision-making
Education
BSc degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or similar studies.
Experience
4-6 Years related experience
Job Responsibilities
- Handling research schedules and administrative assistance for the R&D teams
- Conducting meetings with agencies, customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Hosting research-related internal and external meetings
- Participating in industry conferences and research exhibitions
- Supporting the building research-related content and materials for all internal and external events
- Presenting research reports to management teams
